Brother and sister, raised in the south of France by an English father and a French mother, we have been two great fans of Paris ever since we moved here for our studies.

We decided to start renting apartments for foreigners coming to explore the French capital because we wanted to offer an alternative to the impersonal and cramped hotel room. Staying in an apartment is a great way of getting a much more authentic experience of Paris lifestyle. It's an opportunity to explore the city beyond the "hotel districts" that have that strange feel of being "designed for tourists".

We think hotels are boring and expensive. We feel they put visitors in a position of bystanders who just get to graze the surface of the city. Instead, we noticed in our own travels that when staying in our own self-catered apartment we could get a better feel of the place. Shopping for food at the nearby market to prepare good meals with fresh local produce can be a refreshing alternative to dining out all the time. Having a pad where you can invite people over is also a great plus.

We therefore chose to offer clean, reasonably priced apartments with a friendly atmosphere and all the comfort you would seek in your own home. We are glad to offer friendly service on a human scale to the happy few who come and stay in our home.
