Terms and Conditions


Booking
To book we need your name, address and phone number as well as your exact dates and ideal time for check-in.

Advance payment
In order to secure your booking, a 1/3 downpayment is required. This can be done by bank transfer or with a check in euros through the post. Paypal is also possible with a 4% supplement on the amount transfered. Once the transfer is done, the apartment will be booked in your name. We then send you a confirmation of reservation with precise directions on how to get to the apartment.

Check-in and check-out
At the time of reservation, we need to know what time your flight comes in, so we know approximately when to expect you at the apartment. On the day you arrive you can check into the apartment at any time between 2 p.m. and 8:30pm. If you wish to arrive later, a surcharge will apply. We always meet our guests directly at the apartment to show them round, give them the keys and a few tips for their stay. The rent is due when you check in.

Safety deposit
We ask our guests for a 500 euro or 700 USD deposit to cover any breakages. It is secured against a receipt and handed back to you when you check out.
Check-out time is normally 11 a.m., but can be flexible if our next guest is scheduled to arrive late in the day.
Clean bed linens and towels will be provided, and the property will be thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival. When vacating the apartment, the tenant is expected to leave it in reasonable condition of cleanliness. Cleaning after departure is included in the rent, but additional cleaning charges may be assessed against the security deposit if the apartment is not left in reasonable condition by you at the end of the rental period (marks on walls, seriously stained bed linen or towels, etc).

All paiments can be made in cash, via Paypal or with travelers cheques. For the safety deposit we also accept your local currency to save you the extra expense of changing it to euros and back again.
