We stayed a week at the apartment in October and had a very pleasant visit. It was spotless and looked fresh. It was close enough to Gard de Nord that we walked there with our luggage to get a taxi back to the airport. The long entry hallway was quite useful for storage to keep the room less cluttered. The bath was great - plenty of very hot water and no plumbing or electrical issues at any time. A Monop grocery was only a block or two away. The nearby church bells added to the ambiance. The view is only to a courtyard, but we did feel like we lived there and felt part of the community. The only time we heard noise was on Saturday night, and it ended early enough. We were safe and would return to the same apartment.

I stayed at the apartment for about 3 months. location is one of the things I liked most about the apartment. Easy walking distance to the very lively Place de La Republique, 2 minutes walk to 2 good metro lines. The area is also somewhat like a little village inside of Paris. Very multinational, not just a bunch of parisians (I am half french btw). The apartment has everything you need and you can make free phone calls to the US and Canada. The parisflats team is very nice and very helpful. I have recommended the apartment to many of my friends.

This is an excellent place to stay in Paris. Nice neighborhood, quiet, well located and a great place to do work or relax after a long day out and about in the city. Near the Marais and lots of other cool corners of Paris without the tourist crowd. A great locale to stay in!

Very nice apartment located in a hip, non-touristy neighborhood of Paris. Highly recommended.

If the neighborhood and the city were not that attractive, you would be tempted to stay indoors, the apartment being so comfy and nice.
